There are a number of things you can do when learning how to get a flat stomach in a week. If you follow these 10 tips without faltering, you can significantly flatten your stomach within a single week.

1. Participate in 30 minutes of cardio exercise at least three times weekly. This will boost your metabolism, allowing you to burn fat.

2. Eat a handful of almonds daily. Almonds contain monounsaturated fats and protein, helping you burn fat and calories more quickly. Monounsaturated fats can play a large role in how to get a flat stomach in a week by helping you burn more fat and calories.

3. Practice Pilates at least three times weekly to tone your entire body, especially your “powerhouse”, which is your middle section.
